Quantum Asset Management Company Pvt Ltd. is the asset manager of Quantum Mutual Fund. The company is incorporated as a trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. The mutual fund is registered with SEBI under the registration code MF/051/05/02.

I. Quantum Long Term Equity Value Fund
16.75% of the AuM is invested in software sector of companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy Services. 15.42% of the AuM goes to the finance sector in companies like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, and Shriram Transport Finance Company. 13.03% of its AuM is invested in the automobile sector like Bajaj Auto, and Mahindra & Mahindra. The rest of the AuM is invested in banks, power, pharmaceuticals, cement, gas, oil, etc.

II. Quantum Liquid Fund
37.90% of the AuM is invested in government securities, 23.57% in TREPs and net receivable, 24.54% in finance, and 13.99% in energy.

III. Quantum Tax Saving Fund
The Quantum Tax Saving Fund is an open-ended equity-linked saving scheme (ELSS). It has a statutory lock-in period of 3 years and offers income tax benefits under Section 80C. This scheme was launched in 23 December 2008. As of May 2019, it has an average AuM of Rs. 78.90 Crore.

IV. Quantum Equity Fund of Funds
The Quantum Equity Fund of Funds is an open-ended fund of funds investing domestically. It was launched in 20 July 2009. As of May 2019, it has an average AuM of Rs. 37.84 Crore.
This scheme invests in mutual funds like Kotak Standard Multicap Fund – Direct Plan – Growth Option, Mirae Asset Large Cap Fund – Direct Plan – Growth Option, ICICI Prudential Bluechip Fund – Direct Plan – Growth Option, Aditya Birla Sun Life Frontline Equity Fund – Direct Plan Growth Option, Invesco India Growth Opportunity Fund – Direct Plan – Growth Option, Franklin India Prima Fund – Direct Plan – Growth Option, and L&T Mid Cap Fund – Direct Plan – Growth Option.

V. Quantum Dynamic Bond Fund
The Quantum Dynamic Bond Fund is an open-needed debt fund launched in 19 May 2015. As of May 2019, the average AuM of this scheme is Rs. 58.33 Crore.
60.90% of the AuM is invested in government securities and treasury bills, 17.28% in finance, 8.69% in energy, 8.63% in construction, 4.50% in TREPs and net receivable.

Quantum Mutual Fund is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quantum Advisors Private Ltd. The company is a portfolio manager registered with SEBI with the registration code INP000000187. It is also an Investment Adviser of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Additionally, Quantum Advisors serves as a Restricted Portfolio Manager of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Ontario Securities Commission, and British Columbia Securities Commission.
50.8% of the company’s shares are held by Ajit Dayal, its founder. The rest 49.2% shares are owned by HWIC Asia, which provides investment management services only to insurance and reinsurance subsidiaries of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (FFHL). HIWC Asia is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of FFHL.
